Overview:
As a freelance Art Director, Project Manager, Concept Artist, Storyboard Artist, and Character Designer, I collaborated with two colleagues to create this 2:25-minute instructional animation for a client. Starting with just a voiceover, I conceptualized the scenes, developed the visual direction, illustrated and management the animation to life using Adobe Animate and a Wacom tablet.

 

Key Contributions:
✔ Creative Direction & Concept Development – Transformed a voiceover into a compelling visual narrative.
✔ Illustration & Storyboarding – Designed characters, backgrounds, and concept art in Adobe Animate.
✔ Project Management – Oversaw the animation pipeline, ensuring scenes were animated with clarity and purpose.
✔ Instructional Design Principles – Applied ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom’s Taxonomy to enhance engagement and learning effectiveness.
